The Reflections are grouped in The Liturgical Cycle Year A B & C in the Table of Sundays. You can select the Reflection for a particular Sunday your are looking for by clicking on the date and a link will bring you to the page.

These reflections are based on the Sunday readings. Each one aims to develop a seminal idea which will nourish personal prayer, and give direction to the week's journey of faith.

They may also help preachers, by suggesting themes to be developed in their weekly homily.
